Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 thin pizza crust pre-made or homemade

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup garlic butter sauce or ranch dressing

Cheese Blend

  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Toppings

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices patted dry
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a thin, round shape and transfer it onto parchment paper.
  • Spread the garlic butter sauce or ranch dressing evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheese evenly over the pizza.
  • Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, then distribute them across the pizza.
  • Sprinkle dried dill, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes over the top for extra flavor.
  • Transfer the pizza (with parchment paper) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with extra ranch or hot sauce for dipping!

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone. Experiment with different types of pickles for unique flavors!
